That one dress...

I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the Royals but I am a huge fan of weddings (I have already made big plans for mine).

With the royal wedding tomorrow, speculations are still high surrounding who has designed the dress the future queen of england will be wearing on the big day.

Several names have been thrown into the debate from Sophie Cranston and Alice Temperley to Jasper Conran, Alexander Mcqueen and Bruce Oldfield. Whoever is lucky enough to have this honour, famous or not, will surely become a household name and see sales rise during the next few years.

One thing we can be sure of is that the designer will be British. We should also expect a classic and very modest design. So unfortunately Thelma Madine of Nico's in Liverpool, famous gypsy couturier, is off the list.

This Mario Testino shoot makes me want to elope! From top to bottom the dresses are by: Vivienne Westwood, Carolina Herrera, Marchesca, Jenny Packham, Elie Saab, and Dior Haute Couture.

The bottom two dresses by, Elie Saab and Dior, are certainly my favourites.

  6. Ellie Saab can really do no wrong in my eyes. And Marchesa too... But his trademark ruffles aren't evident in this dress... But I stilllll LOVE it!

Love it! Lol... Erm about the elopement, perhaps you could do that AFTER your parents have thrown you a massive wedding? Lol.

    lovely post!
    xoxo
