Once in her lifetime

After months of planning, my mum's 50th birthday party finally happened yesterday and she got everything she wished for and more. Great food, awesome company and lot and lots of dancing... all in all a huge success!

I "designed" my dress (a mash-up of ideas from different dresses) and had it custom made. To my suprise it fit like a glove but i did find it very difficult to breathe after chowing down on a 3 course dinner. Oh excuse the messy hair in the last photo...

  1. This dress is amazing! I got quite a few designed when I went to Ghana a couple of years back and none of them quite turned out they way I wanted, even still there's something nice about having a completely unique dress! Your mum looks lovely and so happy!
