Spent the first hour or so looking around all the different shops set up in Somerset house from Maison Martin Margiela to Chowshed and everything else in-between. The discounts were actually good enough for the pubic to want to spend their money. The shoe lounge in particular impressed me especially the range of Finsk shoes they had. They were flying off the shelves! I really wanted a particular House of Holland t shirt at £20 but i'm so indecisive so I left it. As part of the package, we also got a goodie bag which was okay. It included Elizabeth Arden face cream, Label M haircare and a pair of knickers from Triumph.
Met Sandra from 5 inch and up who was showing her collection for Nelly. She is so so lovely and the collection is gorgeous. I'm very close to buying the Cross Shoes with the discount I have for Nelly.
Then we listened to a hair, beauty and make up masterclass with reps from Toni & Guy, Elizabeth Arden and Benefit.
And finally a catwalk show showcasing AW12 trends with live music from Tulisa.
After seeing a post by Ag on her blog Zelda and Festus, I really fell in love with everything Kat Maconie. Those heels are just amazing. And you can buy her shoes on asos!
Overall. although I didn't end up buying anything (still kicking myself), it was a much welcomed nice and free night out for me.
