Beachy Head

Skirt/Charity Shop; Top & Shoes/Topshop; Scarf/Local Market

One of the best things about being on holiday is having the chance to take some beautiful pictures in gorgeous locations. Whilst I was with Laura, we did quite a lot of sightseeing. On the way into Eastbourne, we stopped off at the cliff to have a look and take in the sights. It was quite scary to be standing so close to the edge and seeing other people standing even closer but very beautiful indeed.

For the bad hair days and the days where I really can’t be bothered to have my hair down, scarfs have become the staple. A friend of mine from work recently took me to Longsight Market in Manchester where they have so scarfs in so many different prints, shapes and sizes. The best thing is they are all three for £5.

Work Wear | Matalan Dress

Dress/Matalan; Jacket/H&M; Bag/Paul's Boutique; Shoes/Topshop

Seeing as Fikki and I spend most of our time at the office/hospital, we thought it would be nice to have a section of posts dedicated to work wear. For me, this is where what I wear on a daily basis is completely different. Due to my current non client facing role, I can go quite smart casual for my department, however I prefer to continue to have my wardrobe quite smart, all with the exception for my chunky soled Topshop heels. When I started full time work last year, I went to Matalan for work wear because they always have affordable and pretty plain dresses that can be dressed up quite nicely. If I rightly remember, I think I got this dress and a grey version for £25. Paired nicely with my jacket from H&M I purchased in a sale about 3/4 years ago.

Restaurant | Wagamam #WayofWagamama

There's more to Wagamama than their ever popular Katsu curry!
And even though they sell several million portions of this great dish every year, the Wagamama team are keen to have people trying other lesser known dishes on their menu with their #wayofwagamama campaign.
I have to admit that, like a lot of people, when I find something I like on a menu, I'm not usually keen on trying new things...well unless someone else is paying! So the #wayofwagamama tasting evening was a perfect way for us to be more adventurous and try a few new things.

A bag with her favourite Wagamama dish!
